Accessibility is an ongoing operating practice. A barrier report does not need to use legal language or identify a disability.
Request help or an alternative
If a page, assessment, report, document, or event creates an access barrier, email accessibility@thinkflowstate.com and identify the content, the barrier, and the format or assistance that would help. Do not include unnecessary medical information.
FlowState will evaluate a reasonable alternative while preserving assessment integrity, security, privacy, and company authorization.
Translations
Translated legal documents, assessments, and reports must identify their controlled version. Unless a signed agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, the identified English legal version controls if meaning conflicts.
