FlowState Consulting LLC provides public information about FlowState and The Ecosystem for education and business evaluation. Public visibility does not grant access to protected engines, customer records, source materials, or owner controls.
You may view public content for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not republish, scrape, commercially reuse, remove notices from, or use public or protected content to reconstruct a competing system.
Free demonstration
The free demonstration is a preliminary, self-reported screening and pathway tool. It is not a diagnostic assessment, financial audit, legal opinion, employment decision, security certification, or guarantee of a business outcome.
Demo results may identify an area worth investigating, but they do not establish verified root cause, financial impact, individual capability, organizational fault, or completed Ecosystem evidence. Demo results cannot serve as source reports for combination engines.
Accounts and access
Protected access requires an approved invitation, verified purchase, active trial, founder grant, subscription, license, or other recorded entitlement. An account is personal to the approved user and company workspace.
Purchasing one product does not unlock another. FlowState may restrict expired, refunded, charged-back, suspended, compromised, or materially misused access consistent with the applicable agreement.
Acceptable use
- Protect credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
- Use only the company, engines, reports, and roles expressly assigned.
- Do not access another company, share seats, scrape protected content, probe security, bypass limits, introduce malware, or expose hidden logic.
- Do not copy nonpublic scenarios, mappings, formulas, thresholds, registries, source code, prompts, architecture, or report logic.
- Do not use FlowState outputs as an automatic or sole basis for hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, discipline, benefits, or another consequential decision.
Reports and intellectual property
Customers retain rights in information they lawfully provide. FlowState and its licensors retain ownership of FlowState, The Ecosystem, MTNV, Roulette Wheel Theory, Perfect Staff, software, proprietary development methods and internal tooling, question and scenario systems, registries, routing and scoring logic, templates, report systems, and preexisting materials.
A purchased report may be used only as permitted by the applicable agreement and Order. Public distribution, resale, publication, external training, white-labeling, sublicensing, competitive use, or deceptive alteration requires written permission.
Suspension, changes, and support
FlowState may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to address suspected compromise, cross-company access, unlawful use, intellectual-property misuse, material breach, or an unpaid entitlement. Curable issues ordinarily receive notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure unless immediate protection is necessary.
Material terms will not be changed secretly. New versions identify an effective date and may require renewed affirmative acceptance. Service levels apply only when stated in a signed Order or license schedule.
Legal boundary
Paid services require a separate Client Services Agreement, Order Form, or Commercial License Agreement. Colorado law governs these public terms except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot legally be limited.
